Port of LA launches Return Signal for trucking to address congestion

In a recent article by Kim Link-Wills from FreightWaves, she reported that according to Executive Director Gene Seroka, an all-time monthly record was set with 980,729 TEUs handled in October. With two unique programs about to be presented to the Los Angeles Harbor Commission by the port staff, the goal is create a faster turn-around time for trucks to get in and out of the terminal.
