According to FreightWaves News, the court case brought against CMA CGM by Lincoln Transportation, an LA port drayage company, took a positive turn as CMA CGM lost their court case. Lincoln Transportation has been fighting for over three years with CMA CGM for payment of $600,000 on services provided to CMA CGM.
