In a recent article written by Bill Mongelluzzo, Senior Editor at Joc.com, he states that Los Angeles and Long Beach are ahead of the game in reducing harmful emissions from port operations in 2019. They have been on a path to steadily reduce harmful emissions and are progressing to adhere to the standards of the San Pedro Bay Clean Air Action Plan.
