Supreme Court rejects California Trucking Association’s appeal

In an article written by John Kingston on FreightWaves, he writes that AB5 will go into effect as the U.S. Supreme Court denied the appeal on Thursday. The injunction from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that had kept AB5 out of California will now be dissolved and is expected to happen quickly.
